EXPERIENCE:
I worked for large Fortune 500 companies, as well as consulting
for several small businesses in San Francisco Bay Area and other countries around the world.
I used to live in the South Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. I worked in the Silicon Valley High
Tech industries for over 26 years. I had the opportunities to work
on databases and information systems with more than 30,000 internal
and external customers worldwide.
One
of my job responsibilities as a Division Master Planner, I worked with
Corporate Planning, Sales and Division Management with the division's
$240 millions annual sales budget.
I am self motivated, and experienced in project management with marketing knowledge, well versed in finance, negotiation, team building, analytical and problem-solving skills.
I taught at the University Of Phoenix So Cal campus, from 2002 to 2006.
I live in Temecula wine country on a small ranch with vineyards.
We acquired the property in 2000. I have an in-depth knowledge of the surrounding vineyard properties, homes, ranches and lands.
I also own and operate the avocado groves since 1999. Both properties are income producing properties as well as superb estate home sites. I have the first hand knowledge of the avocado properties in De Luz as well as the estate homes in the surrounding areas.
I have been showing properties constantly in the Wine Country, De Luz and La Cresta for 5+ years.
